Geoff Williams started the firm in 1997 after fifteen years at Jack Woodward & Partners in Coolangatta. He retired in 2023. His son Tom runs it now, with a team that has been together a long time.

Principal solicitor

Tom Williams

Admitted in 2008, with degrees in Law (Hons) and Business. Wills, estate administration, contested estates, property development, conveyancing, business sales and leasing. Honorary Solicitor for the Coolangatta Bowls and Recreation Club, and prepares wills pro bono for Cancer Council patients. Lifelong Palm Beach Currumbin Rugby Union man.

Rachel Godden

Admitted in 2021 and made an Associate of the firm in 2025. Over 20 years in local law firms across commercial and residential property, including strata developments, leasing and estates. Representative Netball Convenor in her spare time.

Solicitor

Sasha Salt

A local, with a Bachelor of Laws from Southern Cross University and Practical Legal Training at Bond. Joined the firm in 2024 and was admitted in 2025. Works mainly in wills and estates and conveyancing.

Conveyancer

Kerry Bushell

Over 25 years in property transactions. Residential, rural and commercial conveyancing, including sales, purchases, subdivisions and transfers. If you have a question about where your matter is up to, Kerry usually knows off the top of her head.

Vicki Williams

More than 30 years with the firm and 35 on the Gold Coast. Vicki is the voice on the phone and the reason nothing gets lost between the front desk and the file.

Bookkeeper

Karen Copeland

A registered BAS Agent who joined in 2015 and looks after the firm's compliance, general and NSW trust accounting.
